Testimony J.C.

I was fortunate to come to the Lord at an early age. I came into my first understanding of Christ when I was seven years old. As I grew, my faith grew as well. There were certainly times when I was tested, but God has helped me through it all.

One of the most reassuring things that I have learned is that you do not need to understand everything to become a Christian. God has made some things difficult to understand, which can only be comprehended after time and much prayer. Other things, God has left mysterious so that no man will be able to understand.

Faith, to me, is the decision to follow God in spite of those things that are beyond me. Being a Christian is making the choice to follow Jesus and his commands as best you can. To those who do this obediently, God promises something that is far beyond anyone’s comprehension.
